Jobs and Collaborations | Johnny Ferrante

How we work

Project by project, with clear goals.

Project-based. Every collaboration has a goal, a deadline and a deliverable.
Remote. We work with people from Latin America and the United States.
AI is part of the work. We use agents and automations under our direction, so each person can focus on what adds the most value.

Roles

The list is only a guide. If your role isn't listed here but you think you'd add value, write to me anyway.

People who know how to connect tools and direct AI agents to solve a business problem.

Graphic design, video editing and creative production for social media and campaigns.

Writing, scripts and community management, for brands and for my own channels.

People who talk with customers, understand what they need and turn that into a proposal.

Web and custom systems development, following best practices, with documented deliverables.

If you do something that you think adds value and isn't on the list, tell me what.
