From street-level marketing to running two companies.
I'm Johnny Ferrante, with a degree in International Relations from UAGRM, studies in Social Communication at Universidad Nur and a diploma in Commercial Management. But what shaped me was the street: I was Marketing Director at Web On, then a strategist and agency partner, closing clients, running brands and answering messages on a Sunday. The ceiling was obvious: my hours.
In 2021 I founded Quimera, and the day I understood that AI is a team you direct, everything changed. Since then I've built dozens of systems with my AI team. Today I'm Founder & CEO of Quimera Group, in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, and of Tech Agents LLC, in Miami, from where I serve the Hispanic market in the United States.
The world started to fly.
I was one of the five speakers at the SKÅL International Tourism Forum 2026, at the SKÅL International Bolivia National Congress and the 35th anniversary of Skål Cochabamba. I spoke about artificial intelligence at the service of tourism, but I didn't stop at theory: a QR code led to a page with the content factory kit, a pack of six AI assistants and tools to try on the spot.
