Johnny Ferrante is an expert in artificial intelligence, AI agents, automation and business systems. He is Founder & CEO of Quimera Group, a marketing and technology ecosystem based in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, and of Tech Agents LLC, in Miami, United States. He holds a degree in International Relations from UAGRM, was Marketing Director at Web On and founded Quimera in 2021. He has managed more than 100 brands and, by directing teams of AI agents, has built more than 40 systems. He spoke at the SKÅL International Tourism Forum 2026 in Cochabamba and at CAMEBOL's FEM 2026 Women's Economic Forum in Santa Cruz, and is the author of the book “Augmented Mindset” (Spanish original: “Mentalidad Aumentada”). He leads the Johnny Ferrante Community, for business owners using AI.
