AI Marketing for Hispanic-Owned Businesses in Florida: Services and Pricing
What AI marketing includes for a Hispanic-owned business in Florida: bilingual WhatsApp agent, local SEO website, Google profile and public pricing.

AI marketing for a Hispanic-owned business in Florida comes down to three pieces: a WhatsApp AI agent that answers in English and Spanish, a bilingual website with local SEO and a complete Google Business Profile, and articles written so Google and ChatGPT can find your business. Quimera Group and Tech Agents LLC (Miami) build all three, with public pricing listed below. We measure it in questions answered and appointments booked, not in promises.
Updated November 7, 2026.
What do we actually do for a Hispanic-owned business in Florida?
We do three things. Each one fixes a specific problem of running a business in two languages with a small team.
- A bilingual WhatsApp AI agent. It answers the questions that go unanswered today: prices, hours, location, availability, first appointment. It replies in the language the customer wrote in. When a question needs a person, it hands over the chat with a summary.
- A bilingual website with local SEO. One site in English and Spanish, built for "near me" searches in Miami, Orlando or Tampa, connected to your Google profile, with your business details identical everywhere.
- Articles for your industry. Guides that answer what your customers type into Google and ChatGPT, based on open sources, ending with your contact details.
What we do not do: we do not promise Google rankings, ChatGPT mentions or a number of new customers. What we do is measure, every month, how many inquiries came in, how many got an answer and how many turned into an appointment, so you decide with numbers.

What do the numbers say about Hispanic businesses in Florida?
Serving customers in Spanish is not a side project in Florida. It is a large part of the market. These figures come from open sources, checked on November 7, 2026:
- Businesses: according to a U.S. Census Bureau article (October 10, 2024), about 18.1% of Florida's employer firms, 85,966 of 473,751, were Hispanic-owned in 2021. Texas was at 14.6% (63,560 of 436,808) and California at 11.8% (88,920 of 750,821). "Employer firms" means businesses with at least one paid employee.
- Population: the Florida Office of Economic and Demographic Research (EDR) reports that 26.5% of Floridians were of Hispanic origin in the 2020 census, up from 22.5% in 2010.
- Growth: between 2010 and 2020 Florida's Hispanic population grew 34.9%, while the total population grew 14.6%. The EDR notes that the Census Bureau suggests treating 2010 to 2020 comparisons with caution because the Hispanic origin and race questions changed.
- Miami-Dade: the county with the highest Hispanic share in the state, 68.7% in 2020, according to the same EDR report.
What this means for you: these figures measure origin, not which language each person prefers when they write to you. But if your customers include many of these people, English-only service, or a WhatsApp that takes hours to answer, leaves inquiries unanswered. That is the part we measure.
How does a WhatsApp AI agent handle two languages?
The agent is set up with your real business information (services, hours, areas, frequently asked questions) and a tone you approve. It answers in the customer's language and hands off to a person when needed. Here are two sample messages for a hypothetical business, a hair salon with 25 inquiries a day:
Customer: Hola, ¿tienen cita para corte y color este sábado?
Agent: ¡Hola! Sí, este sábado tenemos espacio a las 10:00 a. m. y a las 2:30 p. m. ¿Cuál te acomoda? Si me dices tu nombre y el servicio, te la dejo reservada.Customer: Hi, do you have an opening for a haircut tomorrow?
Agent: Hi! Yes, tomorrow we have 11:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Which one works for you? Send me your name and I'll hold it for you.And when the question is not one for the agent:
Agent: Thanks for writing to us. A person on our team needs to look at this one. I've passed your message along and they will reply today during business hours. Would you like them to write in English or in Spanish? Two things to know about how WhatsApp works. First, Meta charges per message, by message category and market, and only for messages from a business to a customer. Its pricing page lists five categories: marketing, utility, authentication, service and Meta Business Agent. Second, when a customer writes to you, a 24-hour customer service window starts, and it resets each time they write again. Meta's pricing page also says each business phone number gets 1,000 free service messages per month, and that updated pricing took effect on October 1, 2026. Rates and allowances change, so check Meta's official page on the day you sign. More on WhatsApp agents in WhatsApp AI agents for U.S. businesses with Latino customers.
How does your business show up on Google and in AI answers?
Google's help center says local results are based mainly on three factors: relevance (how well your profile matches what someone is searching for), distance (how far you are from the person searching) and prominence (how well known your business is). It also says more reviews and positive ratings can help your local ranking, and that businesses with complete and accurate information are more likely to show up in local search results.
Here is what that looks like in practice:
- A complete Google Business Profile, with the right category, services, hours, photos and a description in both English and Spanish.
- The same details everywhere: identical name, address and phone number on your website, your profile and your social accounts.
- Reviews asked for the right way: from real customers, never bought or invented, and answered in the language they were written in.
- A website that answers real questions, with a page per service and per city (Miami, Orlando, Tampa), written so a search engine or an AI assistant can quote a single paragraph.
For AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity the work is similar: clear content, with sources, and consistent business details. Nobody can promise you will be mentioned. What you can do is put your business in the best position to be cited. We go deeper in AI agents for small business in Miami.
How do we measure whether it works?
We track three numbers an owner can read without jargon:
- Inquiries answered: of all the messages that came in, how many got a reply and how fast.
- Appointments or orders booked: how many conversations ended in something concrete.
- Where inquiries came from: how many arrived from Google, from the website, from social media or by referral.
The result is a monthly measurement you can read at a glance. If a number does not improve, we adjust the agent, the site or the profile. That is why monthly maintenance is its own line item: a customer service system gets better with what happens in real conversations. Frequently asked questions
How much does AI marketing cost for a business in Florida?
It depends on how many pieces you need. One WhatsApp AI agent or one website with local SEO (the Base system) costs US$ 1,500. The Full system, with agent, website, 20 articles and measurement, costs US$ 5,000. Maintenance of a delivered system is US$ 200 per month. The full breakdown is in the public pricing section above.
Does the agent really answer in both English and Spanish?
Yes. It is set up to reply in the language the customer writes in, using your business information and a tone you approve. When a question needs a person, it hands the chat over with a summary.
Can I send sales texts on WhatsApp without asking permission?
Do not assume you can. Florida's telephone solicitation law (Florida Statutes section 501.059) says a person may not make an unsolicited telephonic sales call if the call involves an automated system for the selection and dialing of telephone numbers or the playing of a recorded message, without the called party's prior express written consent, and the statute defines a telephonic sales call to include a text message. How it applies to your WhatsApp messages is a question for an attorney. The most prudent approach: reply to people who wrote to you first, and keep a record of anyone who agrees to receive offers.
How much does Meta charge for WhatsApp messages?
Meta charges separately, per message, by category and market, and only for messages from the business to the customer. Its pricing page lists a monthly allowance of free service messages per phone number, and rates change, so check the current page on the day you sign.
How soon will I see results?
We do not promise timelines or numbers. We measure from month one how many inquiries come in, how many get answered and how many become appointments, and we adjust from there. The Base system is delivered in 30 days and includes 3 months of adjustments.
